At Sender Studio, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you use our web platform or Chrome extension.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account and authentication information, subscription data, anonymous session identifiers and basic usage metrics required to operate the service and enforce plan limits.

We do not store the full content of your WhatsApp messages on our servers, and we do not collect your WhatsApp contact lists as a hosted dataset.

3. Chrome Extension Data

The Chrome extension runs on web.whatsapp.com and uses local browser storage to save templates, preferences, contact lists and sending progress. It may also access IP-based geolocation only to choose a default language.

  • We do not inject ads or third-party trackers.
  • We do not sell or share usage data with third parties.
  • We do not track browsing activity outside of WhatsApp Web.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, verify entitlement status, enable secure authentication, synchronize plan status between the web app and the extension, and protect against fraud or abuse.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information when required by law or with service providers such as Supabase or Stripe that help us operate the product under confidentiality obligations.

6. Google OAuth

Sender Studio uses Google OAuth only to let users sign in or register with their Google account. We only access standard profile details such as name, email and profile image.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure providers, to help protect your information.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Extension-local data can be removed by uninstalling the extension or clearing the browser storage associated with it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
