1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our web platform or using the Sender Studio Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

Non-Affiliation Notice (Important)

Sender Studio is an independent productivity tool created by COMANDO. Sender Studio is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or otherwise associated with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. You use the service at your own risk.

2. Service Description and License

Sender Studio provides a web platform and a Chrome extension to help you organize and manage communications through WhatsApp Web. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service only for your internal business or personal use.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the software.
You may not remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
You may not transfer your license to another person unless your plan explicitly allows it.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Sender Studio only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, conduct phishing or scam activity, violate third-party rights, distribute malware, or breach local, national or international law.

We reserve the right to terminate, without refunds, any account determined to be abusing our tools for explicit spam.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee in advance through our integrated payment processors.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because this is a digital service with a free option, subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sender Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sender Studio, its developers or affiliates be liable for damages arising out of your use of the service, including loss of data, profits or business interruption.

In particular, if WhatsApp, Meta or a related service suspends or blocks your number because of the volume or type of messages you send, Sender Studio assumes no legal or financial responsibility for that outcome.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sender Studio, its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, damages, liabilities and costs resulting from misuse of the service, violation of third-party terms, or infringing content distributed using our platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

Sender Studio may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By using the service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
